Looking a Vice President of North American Sales to support our fast growth and market expansion and has grown revenues from $1million to $10 million!
Will own the management of New Business sales and Account Management to achieve aggressive revenue goals.
Will define, develop and drive our North American sales strategy and be responsible for continually strengthening the sales organization to match the rapid evolution of the company. The role also includes driving Business Development and Channel Partnerships functions.
You will be responsible to:
? Build a winning sales team through hiring, inspiring and developing team members
? Lead and drive the mid-market, enterprise and agency sales strategy, improve the sales process, and increase sales team productivity
? Provide leadership, direction, coaching, training and feedback to the sales Director/Managers in all phases of the selling process to achieve targets and KPIs
? Increase Renewal rate and Revenue growth upsold to existing clients
? Lead & mentor the Account Management team and provide strategic vision to our key clients to ensure they successfully use the solutions to achieve their objectives
? Develop sales plans for existing accounts, including up-selling, cross-selling, and reactivation
? Develop, adapt accurate success measures & forecasting, as the go-to person for key metrics & objectives for the team
? Develop the Channel Sales model/strategy, identifying new opportunities, creating new relationships and finalizing partnership/reseller agreements with new partners
What are our requirements 10+ years in sales leadership/management role using consultative sales methodology
? 3+ years of experience as VP Sales
? Proven track record of growing, training, and managing sales teams, including the creation of sales strategies and benchmarks for analyzing performance
? Empathetic, people/relationship oriented leader
? Humility, high business ethics and open mindedness
? Proven ability to attract, hire and retain A+ sales talent
? Successful track record of building elite internal and field sales teams
? Experience with marketing, analytics, and digital software and use cases
? Ability to plan and manage both at the strategic and operational level
? Successful track record of building, scaling and leading a national/regional sales team with a history of hitting sales targets
? Consistent track record of success in hyper-growth environment, increasing revenue from few millions to dozens of millions
? Prior track record of building, managing and continually enhancing the needed salesinfrastructure and processes to support growth infrastructure, including but limited to hiring plan, team structure, lead generation programs, pipeline management, contract development, onboarding programs, skills development incentives, account planning strategies, QBR review processes
? Strong planning, financial, and analytical skills
? Knowledge of Salesforce is a must
