We?re currently working with a client who is searching for an experienced VP of Sales to manage their sales force across multiple channels including the Agent recruiting channel. My client offers a full suite of innovative eCommerce payment processing solutions, is stable, & growing exponentially year over year.
Title: VP of Sales
The VP will report directly to the President and will have multiple channelsales teams reporting to them. One of the biggest priorities for this role will be the agent recruiting portion since that is a very important channel for them. The best fit for this opening has experiencerecruiting, hiring, and training agents as well as managing sales teams in the payments space. You will provide strategic leadership to the sales teams to help them reach their goals.

Compensation: Base Salary $110k-$130k range (Very Flexible based on experience), Aggressive, Uncapped Commission Structure (High total compensation potential with overrides, residuals etc.), 401k, Great Benefits, PTO Travel Required: Yes
