VP US Sales  

 

A global leader in the field of high-end stone manufacturing is looking for a VP US Sales. This position requires 5 years of experience in Sales function and at least 8 years in the stone industry. The main responsibility is sales function including management of small/mid-sized sales team and/or distribution HUB management. 

 

As Vice President of US Sales, you will be responsible for: 

  • Overseeing all aspects of small business operations, including recruiting and training staff, maintaining budget 
  • Strategic thinking and operational excellence to develop plans and implement activities to promote company products 
  • Understanding P&L 
  • Have a relevant understanding of local laws and regulations 
  • Pricing development and management 
  • Motivated self-starter with the ability to work with limited supervision 
  • Collaborate on the annual business plan covering all aspects of the local entity, with a strong focus on sales distribution sections 
  • Reporting on company progress, budgets, sales growth, new business leads, and regulatory compliance 
  • Travel: 20% (outside of focus area of Raleigh, Norfolk, Richmond area)
