Build a World-class Inside Sales Team. Position to be located in one of several locations, we will allow the right candidate to build the team around themselves.
- Build a world class inside sales team from the ground up.
- Attract, train, develop and retain high potential individual contributors into team
- Establish and Deliver on Key Performance Metrics within inside sales, including prospecting, engagement, sales, and retention
- Influence customer lifetime value through setting expectations appropriately, and signing the right new business
- Create a collaborative environment between the inside sales team, field sales, and account management organizations
- 10+ years experience in leading and building inside sales organizations
- Self-starter with a proven ability to create, manage, and deliver sales from an inside sales organization
- Ideally combined background of sales and post-sale experience
- Strong empathy for customers AND passion for revenue and growth
- Deep understanding of value drivers in recurring revenue business models
- Analytical and process-oriented mindset
- Demonstrated desire for continuous learning and improvement
- Enthusiastic and creative leader with the ability to inspire others
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Relevant Bachelor's degree; preference for Business or related degrees
- Automotive experience a plus
