Role details

Build a World-class Inside Sales Team. Position to be located in one of several locations, we will allow the right candidate to build the team around themselves.


  • Build a world class inside sales team from the ground up.
  • Attract, train, develop and retain high potential individual contributors into team
  • Establish and Deliver on Key Performance Metrics within inside sales, including prospecting, engagement, sales, and retention
  • Influence customer lifetime value through setting expectations appropriately, and signing the right new business
  • Create a collaborative environment between the inside sales team, field sales, and account management organizations


Requirements

  • 10+ years experience in leading and building inside sales organizations
  • Self-starter with a proven ability to create, manage, and deliver sales from an inside sales organization
  • Ideally combined background of sales and post-sale experience
  • Strong empathy for customers AND passion for revenue and growth
  • Deep understanding of value drivers in recurring revenue business models
  • Analytical and process-oriented mindset
  • Demonstrated desire for continuous learning and improvement
  • Enthusiastic and creative leader with the ability to inspire others
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Relevant Bachelor's degree; preference for Business or related degrees
  • Automotive experience a plus
