We have a great opportunity for a leader with experience in financial planning and analysis in the Atlanta, GA area. This VP of Finance will oversee a team of 15. The ideal candidate will be a strong leader, mentor and developer Of talent.

Highly competitive compensation of $180,000 - $220,000, plus bonus potential!

VP of Finance Job Duties:

Put into place processes and controls to ensure credibility of operating and financial data
Ensure close process is timely and accurate
Participate in the development of and support the company’s strategic plans
Monitor and communicate the financial performance of the company
Compile and analyze financial reporting packages
Prepare monthly and annual operating budgets
Create and establish yearly financial objectives that align with the company’s plan for growth and expansion
Communicate financial metrics to senior management
Make suggestions for automating processes and increasing working efficiency
Special projects as needed

VP of Finance Skills/Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting required
10+ years of manufacturing and/or CPG industry experience
Advanced technical and analytical skills
Strong planning and organization skills and understanding of the importance of deadlines
Superb communications skills required
