$120K - $150K(Ladders Estimates)
Our client is a well-established and respected US Company with several call centers that provide customer service and support to their customers via multi-media; Phone, E-mail, Chat, Digital, etc... We are seeking a candidate who comes from a high-touch, customer-focused organization who has managed end-to-end customer care. Our client is not in the insurance business, but that would be a good example of what we are looking for. In the Property / Casualty Insurance business, call centers are involved from 'initial notice of loss or claim' all the way through the process of examining the claim, working with external auto shops to get repairs completed and ultimate finalization of the process to the customer's satisfaction. COMPENSATION: Base Salary Up to $150K Commensurate with Experience Plus Excellent Bonus Potential
