Our client seeks a Senior level Executive to spearhead the adoption process of Salesforce and who can deliver “value add” to its stakeholders.
Right now the organization is in “slow adoption” mode.
The initial implementation has been done, showing some value- not a lot.
So this CRM really needs to lead the efforts to maximize adoption and realized business value of Salesforce
Partner with business, operations and technology stakeholders to harmonize solutions across business channels, organizing communication to constituents and championing adoption.
Lead working sessions and analysis to clarify business objectives, develop requirements and design.
Define and implemented Salesforce to deliver a unified platform and support model to enable collaboration, provide measurement and drive productivity and efficiency in distribution efforts.
Design, implement and mature Salesforce platform across global saleschannels and business lines to enable collaboration, business analytics and sales enablement.
Established Salesforcesupport model and team to govern, administer and enhance platform.
Manage Salesforce administrators, data analysts and business analysts as well as oversee developers to manage and enhance platform.
Increase adoption and usage of Salesforce through continuous focus on business value levers, expanding value proposition, ensuring quality data and driving management buy-in.
Lead design, implementation and integration of Salesforce with salesreporting, client on-boarding and client servicing to enable holistic view of relationships.
