VP of Aftermarket Sales & Service - $150-175K + Bonus – Agricultural/Farm Equipment – Responsible for developing and implementing the Aftermarket Strategic Business Plan for the organization; Managing the analytical team; Reviewing key functional workflows on a continual basis; Forecasting and explaining variances for key portfolio and performance measures; Developing and maintaining effective parts and service department processes and manage call center operations for optimal customer satisfaction; Creating and monitoring the departments goals, budget and marketing plans. Leading the development and implementation of a salesstrategy and long-term plans; Developing, communicating and monitoring effective and consistent sales department processes; Developing incentives plans for the sales teams and customers; Creating annual sales department goals and budgets; Implementing a customer relationship process that achieves and maintains dealership loyalty; Directing the recruiting, staffing and employee development efforts for the Sales Department. BSdegree in Ag Economics, Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or related disciplines preferred - MS/MBA a plus - 10+ years of aftermarket operational management experience (sales, parts, service); Experienced with operational controls, administrative and reporting procedures, and people systems necessary to grow an organization; Proven senior level leadership with a multi-site organization; Agricultural equipment, dealerships, parts and service departments experience is highly desired; KPIs; Exceptional communication and presentation skills; Critical thinking, problem solving and decision making skills.
