We are seeking a motivated, experienced and proven marketing leader to join CompStak as the VP, Marketing. In this position you will be responsible for the strategic planning, coordinating, and execution of Marketing efforts while leading the marketing division.
Manage the marketing team in a player/coach capacity
Propose, execute, and optimize multi-channel acquisition programs that integrate digital and traditional channels, including email, social, SEM/PPC, events, content, direct mail, paid advertising, etc
Create and execute go-to-market plans for new products and features that open and accelerate opportunities
Own all CompStak brand marketing initiatives ensuring cohesion across all CompStak platforms
Lead the demand generation function to drive predictable, scalable, and repeatable member growth and retention
Own our lead nurturing programs and optimize them to expedite opportunity creation, pipeline acceleration, closed-won revenue
Manage list segmentation and scoring to deliver more targeted and relevant messaging to improve engagement and ultimately conversion of prospects
Develop content distribution plans across marketing channels that lead to opportunity creation (social networks, paid ads, content syndication, blog, display, web, and email)
Work with the Design team to develop marketing assets, including email, advertisements, landing pages, direct mail pieces, collateral, infographics, etc.
Create and execute event plans that drive pipeline growth
Skills & Experience
10+ years experience in B2B marketing, with a focus on campaign design and demand generation at a SaaS/technology company (startup experience preferred)
Track record of creating high-quality leads through the successful planning and managing of demand generation programs
Experience using Salesforce
Deep experience with marketing automation systems (Hubspot preferred)
Extensive knowledge of success metrics, behavioral and demographic targeting, and ROI-driven marketing optimization techniques
Ability to prioritize and manage various projects based on current business requirements and landscape
Thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
