This Executive isresponsible for allinformation technologyinfrastructure andassociated standards, including all servers, workstations, andnetworks, in both our corporate offices and all stores andother remote facilities. This position is alsoresponsible for alltelecommunications equipment and services provided in both our corporate offices and all stores andotherremote facilities.

Responsible for the establishment of sound information technologyarchitecture and associated standards that allow the company to develop and deploy cost-effective information systems that meet the company’s business requirements. Authority to prevent the purchase, lease, or usage of computer hardware or software, networks, or telecommunications systems that are inconsistent with these standards. Responsible for selection, procurement, and implementation of information technology hardware and software, network equipment, and telecommunications equipment that cost-effectively meet the company’s business requirements. Responsible for selection, procurement, and implementation of information technology, network, and telecommunications services that cost-effectively meet the company’s business requirements. Responsible for providing timely and effective information technology support to all stores and corporate PC users for all MIS supported equipment, systems, and networks. Accountable for the development and implementation of information technology strategies and standards. Accountable for providing support for the development and deployment of new computer applications and systems. Accountable for the development of service level agreements for all mission-critical information systems, and the operation of those information systems within the tolerances of those agreements. Accountable for providing effective and reliable data networks for both enterprise information systems and end-user computing. Accountable for providing effective telephone service to our home office, remote office, and store environments. Accountable for providing effective desktop and mobile computing solutions for the home office and non-store field personnel and providing the necessary support to allow these personnel to utilize these systems effectively and efficiently. Accountable for the implementation and operation of all associated information security controls as approved and published by the Information Security Steering Committee. Accountable for the performance of user acceptance testing and user training as required for our most mission-critical information systems. Accountable for providing timely and effective support for all computer systems and networks deployed in our stores. Consistent regular scheduled attendance is considered an essential function of this job. Perform other duties as assigned.
