Retail Advice and Solutions (RAS) brings together the extraordinary face-to-face advice expertise of Prudential Advisors with Prudential's Hybrid Advisory team and digital advice capabilities - creating a single organization with end-to-end accountability for delivering holistic financial advice and solutions across the entire advice continuum.
RAS is seeking a Hybrid Advisory Sales Executive who will build and grow a team of professionals to deliver holistic financial planning and advice to Prudential customers and prospects exclusively by phone and/or video chat.
By leveraging the power of the Prudential Advisors registered investment advisor and broker-dealer infrastructure, the Hybrid Advisory team will solve the financial challenges of an expanding addressable market of consumers. The Hybrid Advice Sales Delivery team will deliver detailed, needs-based financial plans, expert advice and will have access to offer / sell a wide array of proprietary and non-proprietary solutions to meet client's needs and financial goals.
Our ideal candidate is a dynamic sales leader who is passionate about building and managing a hybrid advice capability, agile in their approach, and focused on driving outcomes for success. This leader should have a coaching mindset that helps drive the talent and skills development needed to support a winning hybrid advice model. They will be responsible for building a customer focused end-to-end experience that drives top line revenue, while maintaining a modest cost to serve and operate.
