Doing a unique search for Corporate VP Human Resources for our Client, The role is new, they do not have a physical office at the moment, the HQ was in NY but they want to build best in class office in Dallas. Providing overall HR leadership and leading the implementation of the shared HR service delivery model that provides world-class HR services
Responsibilities of the VP Human Resources
Managing and overseeing all aspects of Human Resources service delivery for our clients, which are based both nationally and internationally. In this role, you will be focused on a broad spectrum of HR business services including talent acquisition, benefits and payroll administration, HR systems and platforms, compensation, and performance management.
Requirements of the VP Human Resources
