We are seeking a Vice President for Growth and Partnerships who is an experienced (10+ years), driven, highly networked, charismatic executive excited to help shape, lead, and build a young but fast-growing innovative company. You will join our leadership team to help us scale our revenue, client partnerships, and brand. You will work closely with the Founder & CEO, Sidney Olinyk, and business development and client management teams to design strategies and drive high-impact company priorities.
Externally, you will represent Duco and build relationships with multiple stakeholders—including C-suites at Fortune 1000 companies, Duco’s hundreds of experts around the world, and Duco investors and advisors.
Internally, you’ll manage, inspire, and collaborate with an exceptionally hungry team, who will be looking to you for guidance and growth opportunities—professionally and for the company.
Your primary objectives will be to grow revenue through new business, and retain and grow existing client accounts through successful program design. Your key sales targets will include Fortune 1000 companies, fast-growing internet and technology companies, and organizations focused on solving global technology policy, security, and trust and safety challenges. As we continue to learn and grow, together we will decide if and how our business development strategy will evolve and expand.

Duco headquarters is based in the Mission District of San Francisco, CA. Candidates should be willing to report to the office once it reopens in accordance with COVID-19 guidelines. Some travel will be required.

Duco’s hours of operation are 9am to 5pm PT, but we often work more than 40 hours per week and value getting things done more than facetime.
Approved vacation is unlimited. Duco is closed the week between Christmas and New Years Day, and is closed an additional eight days for other holidays.
You will receive a generous combination of salary, commission, and stock options, based on your experience and contribution. Duco offers to pay 100% of employees’ health plan premium.
