We are currently seeking a Vice President, Growth Markets for Century 21 Real Estate LLC. The ideal candidate will reside within a commutable distance to our worldwide headquarters in Madison, NJ ; however, we will consider candidates in other locations.

This position reports to the Chief Growth Officer, C21 and is responsible for developing and implementing initiatives and tactics that support our overall diverse market segments growth strategy in collaboration with the Realogy Growth Markets team. The position is specifically responsible for the deployment of the Brand’s strategy that is executed in partnership with our world renowned real estate co. In order to accomplish this goal, the candidate will foster strong relationships and enhance overall support and strategy with existing strategic partners such as the National Association of Hispanic Real Estate Professionals (NAHREP), the Asian Real Estate Association of America (AREAA), the National Association of Real Estate Brokers (NAREB) as well as identify new partners for consideration. The Vice President will be responsible for articulating our brand’s commitment to various diverse market segments, act as a liaison and consultant to ensure that required tools, products, services, etc. are available for attracting and retaining agents and affiliates that service the growing diverse market segments going forward.

Key Responsibilities:
•Deploy national diversity strategy in key strategic local markets by working with the brand and affiliates with the key component and goal to be attracting more diverse franchise owners, recruit more diverse agents to our existing affiliates and become the preferred real estate provider for diverse consumers
•Create education platform to ensure system brokers and agents are well informed on growth markets, cultural nuances and how to leverage existing strategic partnerships •Facilitate focus groups to identify needs analysis, gaps, strengths and share best practices
•Determine current sentiment of brands in diverse market segments to determine necessary solutions for future implementation
•Create and deploy communication strategy for the Brand to ensure that affiliates and agents are well versed on resources available to them
•Manage strategic relationships and sponsorships with industry partners to include NAHREP, AREAA, NAREB, YPN, NAR, NAGLREP, etc.
•Stay abreast of and communicate trends to leadership in the real estate business as it pertains to growth markets
•Participate and ultimately lead C21’s Multicultural Executive Committee
•Act as a Champion representing either multiple or a diverse market segment to educate, communicate and enhance overall engagement of employees, brokers and agents •Conduct relevant surveys to obtain both qualitative and quantitative data on diverse markets
•Develop monthly dashboard to track key metrics to demonstrate progress of multicultural market strategy
•Facilitate dialogue with potential prospects considering a brand partner in the diverse market segments
•Partner with brands to create robust platform supporting diverse agent recruitment strategy
•Connect brand affiliates in key markets with local chapter to demonstrate commitment and strengthen relationships with diverse market segments
•Manage budget to include resource allocation, sponsorship investments and programs
•Lead planning efforts for education events in key markets across the US specifically for independent broker owners and unaffiliated agents
•Develop diversity assessment and consult with existing brand network on strategies to service the growing markets such as minority markets, Millennial’s, LGBT, international, etc.
•Participate in Brand VIP meetings to share brand’s strategy and overall commitment to diversity
•Represent company in all diversity-related events
•Acts as a liaison to franchise sales and diverse prospects

Minimum Qualifications:
•BA, BS Preferred
•5+ years’ experience in Real Estate Industry or Diverse Market Segments
•Demonstrated experience and success in creating strategies that drive growth in diverse segments or comparable programs
•Change agent, adaptability, resilience, creative abilities with strong analytical skills
•Strong interpersonal skills with collaborative style
•Leadership through influence and credibility
•Ability to manage the demands of multiple stakeholders and balance multiple priorities
•Exceptional verbal and written communications skills (platform skills)
•Proven ability to function effectively in a consultative role for a variety of client groups
•Ability to interact with all levels of management
•Self-motivated demonstrating high level of performance and accountability
•Demonstrated excellence in customer relations and building partnerships
•Excellent planning and time management skills
•Strong commitment to integrity, teamwork and excellence, and a willingness to assist as needed
•Ability to travel 50%
