The VP, Group Account Director, a member of the office Senior Leadership Team, is responsible for leading the client relationship, overseeing all areas of the business managed by local MRM office and guiding the client relationship, overall agency scope, and agency strategy such that the agency is positioned for long-term relationships and growth. Focus on increasing organic and new business growth through increasing agency visibility and perceived value among senior clients and network agency partners. Additionally, the VP, GAD is responsible for team management and productivity, as well as, process efficiencies including use of resources to meet profit margin, revenue & utilization goals.
