Position Overview

Establish the Ralph Lauren aesthetic across Ralph Lauren Wholesale Shops and build a memorable client shopping experience by creating and leading the execution of rigs as well as window and interior displays.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

· Lead the execution of creative in our wholesale market; ensure all creative meets aesthetic standards for maintaining and elevating the brand.

· Motivate, inspire, lead and develop the team: communicate clear direction and expectations, provide feedback and coaching, delegate as appropriate, promote and develop internal talent and recruit external talent when needed.

· Set Direction around rigging and styling and all aspects of creative presentation for Wholesale shops.

· Plan new store opening creative installations well in advance –partnering with Global Brand Imaging, RLSD and Design to ensure alignment and manage priorities.

· Responsible for all Creative Openings and Renovations.

· Collaborating with Marketing and RLSD to ensure concepts and execution are strategically aligned with branding, business and Corporate needs.

· Partner with the Global Concept Development & Resourcing team to create compelling interior and windows concepts.

· Maintain fiscal responsibility: deliver results on budget and on time.

Experience, Skills & Knowledge

  • 10+ year's visual, creative presentation and management experience.
  • Ability to think strategically to integrate creative and business objectives.
  • Strong leadership abilities to build, direct and develop motivated and effective teams.
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • Ability to build strong networks across the organization.
  • Passion and affinity for the Ralph Lauren Brand.
