Partner with Chief Strategy Officer and other key stakeholders to galvanize relationships in international markets via implementation of North America marketing approaches. Will involve global travel and potential relocation (UK or Japan.)

Job Responsibilities                                                                                           

  • Build and merchandizing marketing tools, training and pull-through applications to local team(s) in growing markets. Transfer skillset to VP levels.
  • Gather best practices from across the globe and develop as thought leadership engagement tools for c-suite level
  • Create Proof of Concept (ie. Futurescape); socialize programs
  • Build senior level client relationships; garner trust and respect via elevated conversations
  • Independent work with team training and pull through at local level. Coordinate with local markets to lead execution of programs
  • Develop strong internal partnerships built on trust and optimal collaboration
  • Oversee logistics to ensure seamless delivery of high level events, meetings, programs

REQUIREMENTS:

  • BS / BA degree, or equivalent experience. 10+ years’ experience within brand advertising, communications agency
  • Entrepreneurial spirit; interest in “building”
  • Ability to effectively sell strategic planning offerings to new internal and clients teams
  • Expert level of understanding of Agency resources and capabilities as they impact all deliverables
  • Expert ability to interpret and apply qualitative and quantitative market research
  • Extensive knowledge and experience with a wide array of communication methods – both current and future state
  • Proven ability to quickly gain the trust of clients and internal team members at all levels
  • Experience owning presentations on brand and communications strategy to internal and client teams
  • Past experience with healthcare/pharma communications
  • Previous experience working across channels
