Role Value Proposition: The VP of Communications for MetLife’s global MetLife Investment Management (MIM) business will help the business achieve ambitious goals with key stakeholders through the development and execution of holistic communications strategies across external and internal channels. The role includes acting as a strategic communications partner to MetLife’s Chief Investment Officer/President of MIM, securing favorable media coverage, strengthening employee engagement, and delivering across a range of communications initiatives. MetLife Investment Management employs about 900 associates at its New Jersey headquarters and has associates in regional offices in the U.S., Asia, Europe and Latin America.
Key responsibilities include developing and executing communications strategies that influence a wide range of external and internal audiences. This individual will expertly align communications plans to support MetLife Investment Management’s strategic objectives. This role engages leaders in an active and collaborative communication planning and implementation process.
