Responsibilities:

• Negotiate and execute investment banking projects including sell side representation, buy side representation, and capital raising

• Participate in the drafting of confidential information memorandums and other marketing material

• Research companies and industries

• Analyze financial data

• Support and strengthen private equity relationships

• Participates in quality control

• Participate in networking and business development activities

• Ability to travel – 10% to 25% of the time

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in investment banking, corporate development, private equity, financial analysis, or similar role

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance

• CFA and/or MBA a plus

• Proficient in the Microsoft Suite of products, especially Word, Excel and Powerpoint

• Strong oral and written communication skills

• Strong analytical skills.
