One of our largest most prestigious global Cosmetics/Fragrance wholesaler/retail manufacturer seeks marketing entrepreneur for expanding department (MBA and top schools a +) with 4+ years (fragrance industry a +) Responsible for marketing, branding, communications, ecommerce, digital, strategy and analytical functions. Develop global overall category strategy. Driving three year product planning, global and regional marketing calendars as well as objectives. Coordinate financial management of category and drive business mix. Lead cross functional partner groups to bring programs to market.
This hands on role will involve managing marketingbudgets, forecasts, communicating with account executives to ensure successful promotional programs. Drive products through the development process from inception to launch. Drive marketing initiatives and competitively position company's products in the market place. Evaluate potential and practicality of products in development. Manage strategies and deliver comprehensive effective plans.
Work closely with business development and sales teams to deliver measurable ROI positive marketing opportunities. Work closely with EVP of Marketing.
Develop and implement marketing team structure that supports strategic and tactical goals. Looking for creative strategic marketing entrepreneur who proactively seeks and develops better alternatives. Responsible for COG analysis, pricing and SKU management. Coordinate project plans to test and measure customer discovery and shopping behavior. Handle aspects of merchandising including strategy identification, implementation and communication.
Prepare presentations for senior management. Any understanding of retail markets and merchandising and in store execution a +. MS Suite.
