You will manage multiple digital marketing and social media projects flawlessly to drive sales opportunities and make it rain. Adding to the great job, career track, and mission to help companies solve their culture and recruiting problems, you'll work remotely and collaborate cross functionally with our team who also works remotely and are fully distributed with presence in Miami (CEO, General Counsel), Silicon Valley (sales, customer success, alliances), LA (sales, finance/accounting), NY (CTO), and Bogota, Colombia (development team).

This is a new role, and we are looking to you as a digital marketing subject expert and will be enabled to establish our corporate digital marketing processes and build a best in class marketing department.

Responsibilities:

As our VP Digital Marketing and Social Media, you're a subject matter expert with deep experience creating and executing high impact B2B digital marketing strategies and ongoing demand generation campaigns through a variety of digital marketing tactics including:

  • Digital Marketing: You breathe, eat and live all things B2B digital marketing and are skilled at leveraging various channels including, PPC/landing page creation, content marketing, buyer personas, content journey mapping, effective drip emails, and data analytics to optimize campaign results.
  • Social Media Marketing: Proven experience planning, launching, and managing impactful B2B/B2C campaigns on a variety of social media platforms including; FB, LI, Twitter and YouTube.
  • Additional Marketing: Planning and hosting monthly launch-and-learn webinars, Event and conference management, plus PR.
  • Other tasks that all executive team members are asked to do from time to time, of course. This is a day in the life of a start-up.

To be successful in this role, you have:

  • 8-10 years of software / SaaS digital marketing experience, ideally in HR/ HCM vertical. ERP, CRM, or other software verticals are fine, too.
  • 8 -15 years B2B inbound digital marketing experience in a leadership capacity, preferably with deep experience creating and launching successful lead gen campaigns.
  • 2-4 years of start-up, or small- to mid-size company experience that experienced growth under your marketing leadership or presence, a must.
  • Savvy writing and communication skills, with a proven ability to create superior digital and social marketing content and repurpose to increase awareness, inbound lead generation and drive revenue.
  • You're a self-starter who likes to build an organization and structure around multi-channelprocesses, to move the masses and thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment and can effectively lead cross-functional teams.
  • Comfortable working remotely from a home-based office and collaborating cross functionally.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work against tight deadlines.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
  • Analytical and strategic thinker, with a creative outlook, entrepreneurial spirit and high energy.
  • An interest and basic understanding of human resources, human capital management, culture at organizations, recruiting challenges, and leadership and talent development.
