Vice President, Data and Analytics Consulting
Harte Hanks Consulting offers both traditional strategy services and cutting edge data and analytics solutions. This VP role will have ownership of the latter – focusing primarily on data and analytics, but maintaining a tight partnership with the strategy group.
This role will focus on selling, leading, and delivering data and analytics consulting engagements across a wide variety of clients and industries. As a leader, you will also be expected to create new consulting opportunities and forge new practice areas and solutions, helping to set some of our company’s overall go-to-market strategy along the way.
Developing, scoping, and selling new Consulting projects, both to existing accounts and to new logos.
Managing multiple client accounts and engagements, including providing data expertise and other strategic solutions, and presenting insights to C-suite and other executive level leaders.
Managing a team of individuals against performance initiatives. Demonstrate thought leadership, cultivate growth, and encourage collaboration.
Developing strategy for the Consulting group and the overall Harte Hanks Marketing Services offering suite. This role will focus primarily on the technology and digital side of the strategy development, and will need to work closely with the Managing Director of MarTech and the CMO of Harte Hanks.
Manage to a firm revenue and/or margin goal for the Consulting group.
Bachelor’s Degreerequired; Master’s degreepreferred.
10+ years of demonstrated experience in consulting or similar client-facing role.
Ability to develop, present, and sell an end-to-end vision for customer engagement, including strategy, execution, and enablement through technology.
Experience with managing large teams, difficult clients, and complex projects.
Strong leadership and communication skills; required to present to senior leadership and C-suite audiences, as well as lead teams and drive growth.
Ability to build strong client relationships across many levels and functions. Adapt to changing project teams and a variety of client styles.
Critical thinking and problem solving mindset with the ability to analyze qualitative and quantitative data and use information to make informed decisions for the client.
Operate with a sense of urgency and commitment.
