Leader of Analytics Hub
The Analytics Hub provides the investment community with data products from Nasdaq and 3rd parties that provide insights into companies’ operational and equity performance. It delivers unique signals from different data sources, leveraging machine intelligence. . The Analytics Hub is a unit within Global Information Services and this role will report into the SVP of Product &Business Development. This is a highly visible role for a strategically important initiative that was launched in 2017.
The ideal candidate has a working knowledge of artificial intelligence, machine learning, predictive modeling and other related fields. They must be able to conceptualize the use of these sophisticate mathematical methods and apply them to real world problems faced by asset managers and hedge funds. This is an early stage effort requiring a strong willingness to listen to customers and deliver breakthrough new products. The candidate will lead all aspects of the Analytics Hub’s strategy and growth including data acquisition, product development and strategic relationships.. The VP of the Analytics Hub provides thought leadership and acts as a subject matter expert in the designing and recommending of appropriate analytical approaches and methodology in addressing key issues within the business. This position will be responsible for setting and achieving key goals related to product launches, data growth and revenue milestones.
The VP of the Analytics Hub provides management visibility into data-driven insights that inform the business’s strategic direction and KPI’s. In this position, the VP of Analytics Hub also determines the adoption of suitable partnerships with data-sets that drive innovation and create an advantage for the business In addition this role draws on resources from the global technology, sales and marketing teams.
