Our Electronic Health Records (EHR) Team in our Parsippany, NJ office is looking for an eager, ambitious senior level account group supervisor who has extensive digital and healthcare experience with specific knowledge of the Electronic Health Records (EHR) space. The ideal candidate will thrive in high-potential situations, working in cross-functional teams with internal and external agency partners, clients, and third-party vendors to build and implement strategic and impactful campaigns for pharmaceutical brands.

The person in this role will serve as the senior account lead on in our EHR accounts, working alongside strategy and project management team members.  This person will also support senior team members and business development teams in building out new offerings and identifying opportunities for growing our EHRportfolio.

This individual should have the ability to manage the day-to-day needs for a large account, understand the business objectives, ask meaningful questions to gain insight into brand priorities, and translate this information into successful EHRcampaigns.  The candidate must have healthcare and/or pharmaceutical experience, and a passion for healthcare information technology.


Working alongside brand marketers, digital marketers, and account teams, the EHR account group supervisor provides a clear point of view that outlines how our clients can best leverage EHR to communicate with providers at the point of care.

This person must be a self-starter who is willing to build relationships with client and strategy teams, facilitate meaningful conversations around brand objectives, educate clients and internal stakeholders about the EHRlandscape and our capabilities. This person will also deliver powerful and impactful presentations to gain alignment from key stakeholders. The account group supervisor will bring campaigns to market, closely managing vendors to ensure proper implementation and working alongside analytics team members to measure and optimize campaigns over time.


The account group supervisor within our EHR team will partner with our strategy and analytics teams to deliver unparalleled service to the brands in our EHRportfolio. The account group supervisor will be expected to manage the following:

  • Supervises account services team, leading the day-to-day execution of EHRcampaigns while monitoring their performance both with their client counter parts and internally with other creative, strategic, and operational departments. 
  • Distributes projects and reviews their progress continually to ensure professional growth is attained
  • Work with account support and project managers to ensure projects are being delivered on time and within budget
  • Work with vendors to understand the opportunity for individual brands and options for promotion in various EHR platforms
  • Collaborate with finance team on contractual and financial tasks
  • Develop and deliver powerful and persuasive presentations to clients, ensuring review of concepts and materials by senior team members as needed
  • Act as agency expert in EHR and be available to answer questions from internal agency stakeholders
  • Deliver campaign options and strategic recommendations within budget for individual brands/portfolios and helping client teams to achieve alignment on program selection
  • Support client teams through medical/legal/regulatory reviews of program concepts and specifics
  • Work alongside creative agencies to communicate specifications for asset development
  • Collaborate with strategy and analytics resources to measure campaign performance and identify opportunities for optimization
  • Ensure proper documentation and communication with internal teams regarding the status of active projects
  • Assist project manager in developing and adhering to project timelines
  • Support EHR team members in identifying opportunities to build new capabilities and relationships with healthcare IT vendors

Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years of relevant account work experience in a healthcare or pharmaceutical setting, including healthcare information technology, digital marketing, customer experience and/or media buying
  • HCP experience
  • Knowledge of EHR (Electronic Health Records)
  • Excellent communicator with especially strong writing skills and experience presenting strategic and tactical plans to senior management
  • Confident and organized individual who can apply their experience to provide insights and recommendations to clients
  • Ability to work in team environment fostering ideas through integration and inclusion
  • Sound financial skills – has prepared budgets, staffing plans, and statement / scope of work plans
  • Team player who is willing to pitch in and help other team members when needed
  • Track record of delivering projects on time and within budget
  • Global experience a plus
