Performance Objectives:

Clients

• Lead and manage multiple client engagements
• Partner with Sr. Director and Directors in supporting sales efforts
• Serve as project manager to execute enrollment and implementation
• Serve as project manager for major enforce client initiatives

Excellence

• Manage Project Pipeline and resource capacity for VB Practice
• Develop and guide project management methodology
• Drive project management and client interaction consistency across regions
• Direct and manage projects from beginning to end
• Manage changes in priorities, demands, timeliness and project scope

Financial

• Guide execution of scope of work
• Guide and support client retention and growth efforts
• Drive process collaboration between WTW operational areas to encourage cross sell opportunities
• Monitor project budget throughout project lifecycle

People

• Mentor and provide feedback to other team members
• Guide communication between Client Service Teams, GDC and VB teams
• Builds relationships with internal and external resources
• Participate in annual performance process

The Requirements

• Minimum 5 years relevant project management experience acting as lead
• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field
• Hold a valid insurance license or be willing to obtain
• Demonstrated knowledge of Voluntary Benefits market
• Familiarity with project management software and tools
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Demonstrated ability to lead team members successfully
• Service-oriented mindset
• Ability to travel – approximately 30%

Compensation and Benefits

Compensation and benefits information for this position is being included in accordance with requirements of the California Equal Pay for Equal Work Act. Please note that the salary range listed relate specifically to roles located in California and that salary ranges for similar positions located in other WTW locations may vary. In addition, salaries may vary for different individuals in the same role based on several factors, including but not limited to individual competencies, education/professional certifications, experience and performance in the role.

Compensation

The salary compensation range being offered for this role is $120,000- $135,000. This role is also eligible for an annual short-term incentive bonus.
