· Oversees program implementation of employment and individual client goals for two service areas, Madison and Portage.
·Bachelor’s degree in a human service related field preferred.
·Five years’ experience preferred in the human services industry with management experience. An equivalent combination of education and experience which provides proficiency in the areas of responsibility listed above may be substituted for the above education and experience requirements.
·Knowledge and understanding of applicable federal and state regulations.
·Demonstrated ability in areas of leadership, personnel, program operation, and fiscal management.
·Skilled in written and oral communication, community relations and service development.
·Valid driver’s license and driving record that meets driving record requirements as defined by the Company.
·The position requires routine travel throughout the designated region.
