What You'll Do

Cisco Global Virtual Engineering (GVE) organization is looking for a Virtual Systems Engineer (VSE) that will be a key player in leading the Cisco Services business within GVE, a 650+ global VSE organization.  

Focus on Cisco’s Five Selling Motions (Attract/Land/Adopt/Expand/Renew):

– Become a Cisco Services Subject Matter Expert (SME) to handle escalated Pre-Sales Cisco Services cases

– Become a SME to handle Cisco Services Adoption Barriers cases

– Navigate through Adoption Barriers on:

·     Smart Net Total Care (SNTC) Portal

·     Cisco Service Access Management (CSAM) Tool

·     Cisco Common Services Platform Collector (CSPC)

·     Cisco Network Optimization Service (NOS) and Network Profiler

·     Be able to install, deploy, configure and troubleshoot on above tools

– Strategize how to increase the customer’s health score on the SNTC Portal

– Strategize how Cisco Services can produce GVE Expand and Renew Opportunities


Cisco Service’s Development

Lead quarterly trainings on Cisco Services that impact Cisco’s main architectures: Enterprise Networking, Security, Collaboration, Data Center, Service Provide and IoT.   Equip the GVE VSE with the right Cisco Services knowledge and how to position Cisco NOS.

We serve our customer life-cycle through a series of selling motions (Land, Adopt, Expand, Renewal, and Services) in order to drive higher value and an optimal experience from Cisco solutions. 

The Global Virtual Engineering team within the Global Virtual Sales and Customer Success (GVS & CS) organization is a dynamic and multicultural team that consistently delivers technologysales enablement therefore contributing to profitable growth. 

Build partnerships with:

–     Customers

–     Partners

–     Business Units/Business Entities

–     Service Product Managers

–     Cisco Field Sales (Account Managers & System Engineers)

–     Global Virtual Sales (GVS) Virtual Sales Account Managers

–     GVS Partner Virtual Account Managers

–     Customer Success Managers

–     GVE Practice Leaders & GVE VSE’s
