- You will earn residual commissions for each person that the newly acquired client hires from NRG recruiters. If interested, you may also participate in recruiting for your vacancies, earning substantially more with each hire. We have all the software, tools, and talent to quickly fill all open requisitions.
Background and Competencies
- 3+ years selling consulting, professional services solutions. Ideal candidates will have experience in the staffing/recruitment services arena but is not required.
- Proven track record sustaining highly effective judgment and interpersonal skills; and the ability to interface with all levels across the entire organization.
- Ability to succeed in an intensely competitive selling environment.
- Excellent communication, consultative and presentation skills.
- Focused, goal oriented, high energy self-starter.
- Organized with strong computer skills, time management and proficiency utilizing social media.
- Strong knowledge of one or more of the following: Networksecurity, enterprise software, cloud, storage, networking, infrastructure, wireless, telecommunications, and related technologies.
