Northstar Resources Group is growing, and currently, has two open positions for Virtual Recruiter. Due to high demand in our field, we are expanding to fill the growing requirements for professional salespeople and engineers in network/cyber security and other emerging technologies throughout the US.

We're seeking 360-degree professional recruiters that understand all aspects of sales and recruiting. They can build new client relationships, enhance existing relationships and attract candidates for multiple opportunities. This position is a combination of marketing for new clients as well as sourcing, screening and presenting candidates for existing (house) jobs. We are looking for truly exceptional and passionate recruiters that can utilize our system to contact and secure new clients and fulfill their requirements. Prospective clients and candidates are already in our database. Work ethic, professionalism, and efficiency are rewarded with large commissions. Successful recruiters will be provided with additional resources and incentives to build their desk.
This is a non-salaried, virtual office position. You can set your own hours, work from home. Pay Rate: 100% Commission Based. Plus Incentives.
Candidate must have an expertise in either technologysales or recruitment experience in the tech sector. The ideal candidate will possess a combination of skills in both sales and recruiting in emerging technologies.

· 3+ years selling technology products and/or services.
· Zero call reluctance to identify new clients and source new candidates.
· Strong knowledge in one or more of the following disciplines:
Technologies include - Networksecurity, storage, virtualization, networking, infrastructure, cloud/data center, software, wireless, telecommunications, or related technologies.
· 3+ years recruiting sales and/or engineering professionals in the tech sector.
· Strong understanding of candidate sourcing techniques and familiarity with Applicant Tracking System software.
· A strong personal network and ability to manage multiple searches simultaneously.
