Education: High School Diploma or GED and 6 years' experience as a Full Mission Profile and virtual FMP planner; or Associate's Degree and 5 years' experience; or Bachelor's Degree and 3 years' experience; or Master's Degree and 2 years' experience.
Training and Experience: Have a minimum of one (1) yearexperience as an aircrew member on Special Operations Forces (SOF) aircraft and express a degree of understanding and knowledge of SOF aircrew procedures to include: tactics, technique and procedures, aircrew training, standardization and evaluation, publication management, life support equipment, exercise management, and mobility requirements.
General Skills: Must be able to handle multiple tasks, work independently, flexible in work assignments, detail oriented, highly organized, takes initiative, and possesses excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to work with little to no supervision.
Computer Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite software, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Security Clearance: Must currently possess security clearance level of "Secret" or higher.
