VIDEO TECHNICAL SUPPORT ENGINEER
Associate Engineer in Video Support Center-Systems is responsible for trouble resolution using Remedy Support Ticketing, operations and maintenance of systems, applications and equipment used in the provisioning and delivery of Interactive Services by providing Tier 2 and Tier 3support for all video systems within the Client Video Systems. The video systems included in this team’s purview include Video Back-Office Systems, Conditional Access Systems (CAS = DAC / DNCS), Switched Digital Video Systems (SDV), Video on Demand Systems (VOD) and QAM services (GQAM, CASA, NSG). The Engineers are responsible for reliable, consistent operation of these systems to provide a quality entertainment and information experience for our customers. This position is part of a team providing Tier 2 and Tier 3support for the resolution of outages and service impairments in a 24x7x365 operation for the assigned shift.
