As the Video Marketing Manager, you will play a critical role in driving our global success by helping M-Files customers and prospects understand the value of various M-Files solutions through videos and related digital content. You will work with the Content & Creative Services team to support our global Marketing and Sales teams by developing a global video strategy and producing high-quality video and digital content.

Main Responsibilities

  • Work alongside the Director of Content & Creative Services to develop and execute global
  • M-Files video strategy to communicate our value proposition for maximum prospect/customer engagement and demand generation
  • Lead the development of video content
  • Own and manage the video pipeline and related KPIs
  • Work cross-departmentally to create videos that engage customers/prospects and improve conversion rates in demand generation
  • Update and improve existing video content and prioritize new video content needs
  • Ensure consistency of brand across all mediums/channels

Job Requirements

  • Experience directing, shooting, editing, and optimizing a variety of videos (Product Marketing, Customer Testimonials, Promotional videos, Explainer videos, Product Demonstration videos, event openers, etc.) on various channels (website, social media, YouTube, email, etc.)
  • A creative storyteller that can translate a variety of messages (product features, benefits, use cases) into compelling visual stories that are consistent with the brand
  • Degree in Marketing, Arts, or a related field, or equivalent experience
  • 3+ years' experience in video creation
  • Experience in Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe After Effects, Camtasia and similar editing tools
  • Experience in SaaS, software B2B marketing, technical solutions a plus
  • Excellent writing skills with the ability to tell stories from a variety of perspectives (prospect, customer, salesperson, etc.)
  • A strong understanding of modern video marketing design and best practices across different channels
  • Ability to think creatively to solve problems
  • HTML experience a plus, but not required
  • Self-starter who owns his/her own success metrics and is self-motivated
  • A portfolio of relevant work (submitted with application)
