Vice President - Talent Acquisition

Seeking experienced professional to direct operations for Talent Acquisition functions, from candidate sourcing through full cycle recruiting, and overall strategy development and implementation.
*** Lead ongoing activities of centralized team responsible for delivering effective talent acquisition strategies through the full talent acquisition life cycle, to include: increasing functional effectiveness, measuring and optimizing return on investment from Talent Acquisition activities, and creating adaptive talent strategies to align with the unique business needs of each division.
*** Develop and execute comprehensive talent acquisition strategy aligned to Division business and workforce plans to build sustainable talent pipeline for near-term critical talent needs and long-term strategic talent needs.
*** Lead strategic and tactical improvements in professional sourcing, screening, selection, and onboarding, including implementation of new technology, processes, selection systems, or assessments.
*** Design effective approaches to assess local labor markets and programs to attract candidates with necessary skills and professional profiles into company talent pool.
*** Procure top talent for open positions through Talent Acquisition Shared Services organization to directly impact company growth.
*** Collaborate with Division Business and HR Leaders to develop and manage ongoing talent portfolio and support identification and movement of high-potential talent across organization in connection with the talent management strategy.
Assume responsibility over the entire talent acquisition operations of a well-recognized industry leader.
