Vice president, surgical and cardiovascular services - Position Summary
Provides leadership and acts as a change agent by assuring collaboration with internal and external stakeholders to elevate the patient and family experience and apply the Vincentian Values Optimizing Our Mission (VVOOM) professional practice model in Perioperative Services.
Responsible and accountable for the delivery of safe, effective, direct and indirect, patient and family centered care throughout the care continuum of perioperative care to include preadmit testing, outpatient surgery, surgery, postanesthesia care, anesthesia services, and GI.

California RN Licensure and Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing. BSN degree required with a Masters degree in Nursing or healthcare related field preferred. Minimum 5 years recent experience in field of expertise; quality, service, patient care, and/or house-wide project management. Excellent written/verbal communication skills and ability to speak to small, medium and large groups. Minimum 5 years of management experience
Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred. Proficient computer skills. BLS and ACLS (from AHA).
