Drive the Technical team and the Product Owners in an Agile development process. Responsible for enacting Scrum values and practices. Utilize an understanding of the overall software delivery lifecycle and activities. Promote and participate in the continuous improvement of structure, processes, tooling to enable the teams to deliver more value. Support efforts to code, design, and testing in a heterogeneous technology environment e.g. JavaScript MVC, HTML, CSS, Java/ J2EE. Engineer a world-class platform with an eye towards rapid iteration and creative problem solving. Ensure quality and completeness of the product through unit, integration, and regression capabilities. Adhere to architecture standards, risk management and security policies. Contribute and collaborate in creation and consumption of open, standards-based solutions, while working with existing JPMorgan technologies and infrastructure. Review business requirements, designing, developing and testing implementation based on business requirements. Develop software solutions by studying information needs; studying systems flow, data usage, and work processes; investigating problem areas; following the software development lifecycle. Document and demonstrate solutions by developing documentation, flowcharts, layouts, diagrams, charts, code comments and clear code. Maintain the application by adding more enhancements and fix any issues reported.

Minimum education required: Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

Minimum experience required: Five (5) years of experience in application development, or related experience.

*Skills required: Experience with full stack JavaScript frameworks including Angular JS. Experience with JavaScript. Experience with HTML. Experience with JQuery. Experience with CSS. Experience with ASP.Net and C#. Experience with object oriented programming. Experience leading, managing, and mentoring a team. Experience with ASP.Net MVC.
