Job Summary: This position is responsible for the direct implementation, strategy and continued operation of Cubic’s Customer Services Business through best practices, value proposition, global synergies and Service innovation initiatives. This position typically works under limited supervision and direction. Incumbents of this position will regularly exercise discretionary and substantial decision-making authority.
Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:
Minimum Job Requirements:
Four year college degree in engineering, finance, or business discipline, plus a minimum of fifteen years business management to include Services, Operations and complex Program Management experience. Master’s degreepreferred. A working knowledge of systems, operations, quality assurance systems and engineering, with extensive knowledge in at least one of these areas. Must have a proven record of accomplishment in operations and maintenance services, project management and general business management. Must be able to work under project deadlines pressures, and associated cost and schedule constraints. Must have superior communication skills and the ability to effectively interface with and influence employees, senior leadership and customers. Extensive travel will be required, including international and often for extended periods.
