Citi does business in more than 100 countries, providing consumers, corporations, governments and institutions with a broad range offinancial products and services, including consumerbanking and credit, corporate andinvestmentbanking, securities brokerage, andwealth management.The RWA Global Process Owner group at Citi has a mission to combine and enhance the processes, systems and analytics through which actual and forecasted RWA (Risk Weighted Asset) and SLE (Supplementary Leverage Exposure) are calculated across Citi while ensuring changing regulatory requirements are met and a more sustainable operating model is established.This role involves reengineering and implementation of enhanced processes to improvereporting needs of actuals and forecasted RWA and create nimble processes. The position requires the ability to clearly communicate in both written and verbal formats, as well as a high level of organizational and analytical ability.The candidateresponsibilities

  • Provide business analysis for various aspects related to implementation of Risk Weighted Assets (RWA) actuals calculation, forecasting, attribution analysis and regulatory reporting
  • Substantively manage, contribute to, and coordinate across functions for RWA (Actuals and Forecasting) process and methodologies, including the remediation plans as needed
  • Project manage the strategic vision of global infrastructure capabilities for a nimble and automated process; both for actuals and forecasting, US and Local Regulatory reporting
  • Identify inefficiencies in the current processes and develop solutions with appropriate controls for a sustainable process
  • Identify potential process improvements and capabilities to increase consistency, transparency, and reliability of CCAR stress testing results
  • Develop analytics and proof of concept to facilitate the re-engineering efforts
  • Contribute to the creation of senior management-ready materials
  • Develop a strong working relationship with Finance, Front Office, Treasury, Technology, Audit, Risk Management and other counterparts across the organization
  • Drive the management meetings and lead the discussion with various stakeholders
  • Provide training to counterparts across the organization
  • Continuously improve subject matter expertise related to Basel / CCAR and financial products in the business areas to become a trusted advisor to the work stream leads

Qualifications

  • QUALIFICATIONS
    • BA in Business, Finance or Economics or related field, MBA is a plus
    • 4 - 8years’ experience in financial services, preferably working in risk management, regulatory reporting areas
    • Experience in project management and change management
    • Solid Microsoft Excel skills and the ability to quickly develop advanced knowledge of MS Excel and Access (or otherdatabase front end query applications)
    • Understanding of Basel regulations and CCAR, Market Risk, Credit Risk are all highly desirable areas of expertise

    • Strong analytical background and ability to comprehend various regulations, reporting and processes
    • Ability to define, articulate and re-engineer complex processes and procedures, with appropriate controls, and think both strategically and tactically while driving meticulous execution
    • Exceptional oral communication and writing skills, with ability to synthesize complex concepts, and translate into "user-friendly" language for multiple audiences, including senior management, multiple internal constituents and regulators
    • Ability to manage multiple priorities and tasks, work well as part of a team, and exhibit strong people and influencing skills
    • Enjoy variability in workload, particularly in a wide range of quantitative and non-quantitative projects.
    • Strong attention to detail, willingness to "roll up sleeves" and produce a polished, high quality, accurate product; tireless work ethic with ability to work well under pressure
    • Able to navigate through large organizations to streamline and summarize multiple information points
    • Organizational savviness with ability to expand internal network across functions and various levels of seniority
