VP-Risk and Control Assessment:

The incumbent will lead the Risk and Control Assessment Team and be responsible for the design, supervision and implementation of the Risk and Control Self-Assessment (RCSA) programs that are being built in accordance with Heightened Standard and providing support in identifying, assessing, monitoring, and escalating the risk assessments.

At least 6 years of experience in developing and implementing Operational Risk Programs is required.

Experience in working withrisk assessment programs, such as RCSA, SOX, Audit Compliance, quality assurance, Scenario Analysis or consulting experience is required. Experience in writing control description, designing controls and control testing is required. Experience in resolving regulatory issues and presenting information to regulators, such as OCC and Federal Reserve is required.

Exceptional communication, analytical, problem solving, and project management skills are required.

We are looking for candidates who have a Bachelor's Degree or above with 8-15 years of relevant working experience.

CPA, CFA, FRM, CRMA or other Risk Management Certifications is preferred.


$192K - $228K
$160K - $190K base, All Benefits bonus
