We aim to level the playing field for everyday people by offering them the backing of cash to buy and sell with confidence, the guidance of the most trusted real estate agents on the planet and a suite of tech-enabled tools to create a frictionless experience, from start to finish.

This role is 100% remote. We tend to work EST/CT hours, but are flexible and empowering. We will get together monthly for strategic meetings and offsites, rotating between NY/Chicago/LA depending on weather and seasonality. This will require 10-15% travel (2-3 days a month).

What You’ll Do:
Reporting to our Chief Revenue Officer, you will lead our RealSure Success and Agent Training teams to ensure great experiences for our agents and customers. Your team will be focused on managing the experience for agents and customers from enrollment through closing. You will create a best-in-class experience in this journey that is easy and trusted for our agents and customers. Your team will embody the RealSure brand, working with marketing you will create an experience for our customers that is magical, leading to customer advocacy. You will be focused on increasing agent retention rate of use of our products and decreasing churn within our funnel for our transactions. You will collaborate with RealSure’s leaders and cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with growth goals.
