We are looking for an experienced Vice President of Product Marketing. This role reports directly to the Chief Product Officer, at Magic Leap Headquarters based in Plantation, Florida. The role will be responsible for planning, implementing and managing the product marketing strategy working closely with our marketing, experience, sales (enterprise and consumer) and product management teams. The ideal candidate will have experience and subject matter expertise in some or all of the following areas: Consumer Products, Hardware and Software Technology, Internet and new technologies. The role will be responsible for driving "product-market fit", including alignment of research, market and product strategy. In addition, the role will have responsibility for translating our products and services feature/function into customer value propositions and customer-focused materials. Finally, the role will coordinate business case development and validation as well as business model enablement from a product and services perspective.


  • Responsible for market success of the product
  • Build and manage a highly talented and growing Product Marketing team and collaborating with multiple stakeholders in the organization
  • Partner with Product, Design, Marketing and other cross-functional teams to define commercial alignments
  • Build knowledge of customers, competitors, and the market to translate product requirements
  • Drive partnerships and engagement programs across the company
  • Communicate market positions that are clear, differentiated, defensible, and monetizable
  • Plan and execute compelling Go-to-Market strategies
  • Arm the sales teams(direct & channel) with the tools and knowledge it needs to be successful when marketing the product


  • 15+ years of product marketing experience
  • Strong problem solving, influencing, conflict resolution and decision-making skills
  • Experience in leading a team and operating in a fast moving start-up environment
  • Experience and an understanding of consumer research of Consumer products
  • Ability to initiate and lead business discussions and drive ongoing engagements Magic Leap executives
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
  • Energetic and collaborative team player who feeds off of goal setting and achievement
  • A track record of building consensus and delivering high-impact global communications initiatives
  • Ability to support multiple projects and complex work streams
  • Fearless curiosity, ownership, and accountability


Bachelor's Degree from an accredited University in a related field
