Overview:

A well-established software product/services company in the healthcare revenue market is seeking senior leader to drive new Product Management. This is a critical position, and will require someone who is a visionary and product strategist. It is MANDATORY that candidates have an understanding of the healthcare provider industry.

 

Responsibilities:

You will own the vision and product strategy for this group of products. That means:

?     Develop and communicate product requirements and market conditions

?     Create the product roadmap, both short term and long term. Prioritize the execution of roadmap initiatives

?     Establish the product and platform vision

?     With a deep understanding of technology, assess how new technologies can improve the product offerings

?     Hire, manage, and mentor a staff of highly motivated product personnel

?     As an industry expert, decide when and where to make trade-offs, build versus buy decisions, etc.

 

What experience do you need?

Please understand that only candidates with the following skills will be considered:

?     Proven knowledge of healthcare provider software products

?     A successful history of managing product vision and development

?     Significant understanding and experience in software development

 

Additional needs:

?     Willingness and desire to take ownership of product development

?     Strong analytical and intellectual abilities

?     Proven leadership skills ? both as a manager of people, and as a peer to other executives

?     You must be able to explain product lines that you have created and driven

?     This position will reside in Indianapolis, Indiana. Candidates MUST be willing to live here
