Responsible for Product Definition of Fingerprint Module and ASIC solutions

Define Roadmap and work with Engineering, Operations, Sourcing to deliver on that Roadmap

Working with cross-functional teams to bring fingerprint biometric sensor technology and products to market

Drive customer adoption of FP products and train/work with regional sales to deliver to Plan Revenue targets

Enable ecosystem development for partner companies in areas such have Android security initiative ,Matcher suppliers, Protective Film and algorithm companies

Develop the execution strategy to achieve engineering and business team roadmap requirements

Set vision, lead and motivate overall Fingerprint Business unit

Drive strategic development by assessing current and new ideas, evaluating cost-down path, and determining the scope and scale of work required to achieve product and customer goals.

Good communication skills. Strong in customer interface and cross-functional team-work.

Ability to create and manage accountability-based-culture: lead, motivate and develop a highly technical and talented Product Management team

Ability to travel extensively to Asia

15+ years of progressive experience in high technology field, including at least of 5 years as a Vice President and above.

5+ years experience developing components products or equipment involving sensors and biometric technologies.

5+ years experience with leading process centric module technologies

Experience with running General Management, Marketing and/or Product Development of sensor module systems with delivery to Smartphone OEMs.

Hands-on experience working with customers in Smartphone industries including module manufacturing, semi-conductor and smartphone companies.

Experience in building partnerships with Ecosystem Companies

Experience in Product Management or Product Marketing

Experience in commercializing and scaling up of new technologies to high volume

Proven track record of successfully delivering projects on-time / on-budget and driving best practices.

Must be articulate, open, and direct. Possess strong executive presence with positive interactions across all levels of management, staff and with external customers and stakeholders.

Serve as a catalyst in bringing together new ideas and creative processes to create an environment of continuous improvement.

Achieve a high level of trust from the customers. Work closely with customers to validate product specifications and collaborate on developing products that meet or exceed specifications

Must be willing to relocated to the San Diego, California area

Open to extensive travel to Asia, South Korea, Taiwan and other Pacific Rim markets

Education RequirementsRequired: Bachelors in in Engineering, Physics, or related field

Preferred: Masters or higher
