Serve on the senior management team of Sparkpr and contribute to the overall agency strategy and direction.
Lead a Spark practice group to achieve or exceed practice group metrics, including revenue and profitability goals.
Retain and grow a book of clients that are a mix of marquis brands and sought-after start-ups.
Further grow practice group revenue by pursuing, pitching and winning an expanding list of new clients. Vet and win inbound new business leads related to the practice group and pursue and win proactive new business targets.
Active, hands-on participation in success of accounts, including media relations.
Provide monthly revenue rolling forecasts, meet forecast targets and work around unforeseen circumstances.
Be an effective Sparkpr ambassador, both internally and externally. Continually highlight examples of the agency's best work and educate employees about the high agency standards.
