What am I looking for?
- Candidates with at least 10 year recent experience in the office imaging industry.
- Candidates who are currently managing a team of MFP salespeople, and have been doing so for at least the most recent 2 years.
- Candidates who view themselves as selling Vice Presidents of Sales. While they will not have an individual sales quota, I?m looking for someone who enjoys selling. I?m not looking for a bureaucrat want to manage their salespeople through a CRM system while sitting at their desk. I want an action-oriented, strategic, sales-oriented leader for this region. If the candidate has spent time in the major accounts arena that is a plus.
- The candidate will lead and manage 4 territory MFP salespeople from day one.
Willing to pay relocation costs
This is an executive level position, the majority of the executive team own company stock.
