VICE PRESIDENT OF SALES & MARKETING
As a strategic leader on the Executive Team, the Vice-President of Sales & Marketing at Health Network Laboratories (HNL), will establish and coordinate all marketing and sales strategies, plans, programs, and functions while pursuing the development and implementation of strategic partnerships, relationships and alliances.
HNL is a multiregional medical laboratory serving the needs of the public and healthcare communities in PA, NJ MD and FL. This growing organization is a leader in integrated clinical diagnostic testing and pathology services for the healthcare community.
The ideal candidate will translate the strategies and objectives of HNL into solid sales and marketing team goals and must have proven success with change management and the implementation of e-commerce, lead generation and traffic acquisition strategies using SalesForce and Pardot Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software.
This leader will need to equally balance and strategize sales force quotas with HNL?s financial objectives and optimally allocate all salesnetworks and resources through the quota program to include channel development activity and the coordination of salesdistribution by establishing sales territories, and goals.
This individual will have full authority over salescompensation plan administration and salescompensation programs, rules, policies, and procedures and ensures sufficient resources are assigned to adequately administer such programs.
The ideal applicant must have the ability to masterfully lead and develop short and long-term marketing strategies and support the marketing team in implementing promotional programs to partner channels that increases the company?s revenues and customer base.
This individual will monitor the execution of corporate sales, product development and research as well as champion the cycle of continuous performance improvement to secure the competitive positioning of HNL in the marketplace including market segments, buying trends and competitor analysis.
The V.P of Sales and Marketing at HNL will challenge others to develop as leaders, while serving as a role model and mentor. Must have the ability to acquire, evaluate, and retain superior talent with respective performance measurement and incentives necessary
to achieve objectives. Insight to training, motivation and development of staff in order to meet the current and future needs of the department and the company is essential in this role.
Bachelor?s degree in business administration, (Master?s degreepreferred). with 5-7years of progressively responsiblefinancialexperience in a major company or large division of a major corporation. Experienceworking with an executive team. Experience in a for-profit environment is preferred.
