We offer an exciting, fast-paced work environment and we currently have an opportunity for a Vice President of Sales Development to make an immediate impact on our team. This role will report directly to SVP of Sales. We have a consultative, enterprise sales process; we are not a transactional sales company! Our relationships with our customers and prospects matter to us, and we view our role as partners and educators, and not just sales people. We are looking for a strong, dynamic leader to manage our account development teams that will collaborate with our Enterprise Account Executives to:
Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for their territories
Prospect and build sales pipeline for acquiring strategic new logos
Identify expansion opportunities for our largest and most strategic customers
Be responsible for closing certain business for our Enterprise team
Share in an overall “team” quota and be bonused accordingly

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Bring high energy, high activity mentality to the team
Responsible for hiring, training, coaching and supervising a team of Associate Account Executives
Work on cold calling scripts, talk tracks, blue printing of target accounts, and other sales enablement activities
Train and manage on salesforce use and sales operations matters
Ensures the team has all the ongoing sales, product and operational training needed to succeed
Develop and manage KPI’s to achieve sales objectives and accelerate growth
Partner with marketing to manage lead funnel and own SOCi’s pipeline creation
Collaborate with Regional VPs of Sales/Regional Sales Directors on territory planning and reviews
REQUIREMENTS:
5+ years of B2B Enterprise SaaS quota-carrying sales experience required
5+ years Account Development /Inside sales management experience required.
Fluency of SalesForce or other relevant data-driven sales methodology
Excellent energy, communication and people management skills - ability to persuade, lead, and confidently manage a growing team of sales professionals
Strong work ethic with a track record of exceeding targets
Solid interviewing skills with experience hiring and ramping new sales reps
Experience in presenting to and interacting with senior management both internally and externally
Ideally a deep understanding of current digital marketing including social media, reputation management, social advertising, local listings and content marketing
