We are looking for a Vice President of Sales to work closely with our Leadership Team to develop and execute a successful sales strategy. This position requires a skilled and seasoned executive who has demonstrated leadership talent.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure revenue and margin quotas are met
  • Provide day-to-day leadership to geographically dispersed sales team
  • Assist team in maintaining and expanding customer relationships
  • Oversee the hiring and development of the Sales Organization
  • Manage overall sales processes and metrics

Qualified candidates will possess the following:

  • 10+ years of sales management experience
  • Experience selling into the Fortune 500
  • Demonstrated leadership talent, with the ability to motivate all levels of employees
  • Possess high level of business acumen and the ability to chart new territories and create business opportunities
  • Ability to think strategically and execute at the tactical level
  • Have the ability to maintain and expand present client relationships
  • Thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic, growth-oriented environment
  • Bachelor's degree, Master's Degree preferred

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience or exposure to recruiting and hiring practices within large corporations and corporate learning departments
  • A background in selling training solutions or consulting services
