Come Ready Nutrition , a speed-of-light growing  national consumer packaged goods brand in the performance and sports nutritional product market is looking for a top-level national account generator and sales producer to lead the company’s sales of its nutritional products into major national and regional retail chains as well as other institutional market channels. 

The company features best-in-class products that have already enjoyed early and successful national acceptance in the mass, food, club, specialty retail and online channels.  These products have also proven to have significant mass appeal in the exploding $30B nutritional supplements industry with great sales potential in the food, drug and mass retailer channels.  

Responsibilities Include:

• Developing and executing national sales strategies with top national and regional retail accounts in food, drug and mass retailer channels

• Drive revenue and profitability through in-depth retailer and consumer knowledge, POS data, account and margin analysis, detailed progress reviews and creative thinking

• Management of accounts so as to build lasting relationships with our retail partners for further product placements

• Manage the sale of multiple product lines in multiple channels of distribution

• Building and managing broker networks in appropriate saleschannels

• Maximize product presentation at retail and partner with Senior Director of Marketing to drive sales at retail through creative marketing initiatives

• Work with Senior Director of Marketing to develop effectives sales tools

• Account based forecasting, budgeting and planning


• Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 5 years of successful salesexperience in the consumer products industry in the food, drug and mass retailer channels. (Experience with nutritional supplements is a plus.)

• Documented history of growing sales and profitability with a line of consumer products

• Buyer relationships with national and leading regional retailers

• Proven track record of managing multiple, large volume accounts

• Additional experience managing and growing sales in a broker channel environment is preferred

• A solid understanding of the entire retailsales process from new business development to account management

• Dynamic presentation skills to a buyer audience

• Results focused and goal oriented

• Highly skilled with database/spreadsheet programs, specifically MS Office programs

• A team player with a high level of personal integrity and professional standards
