This role will be responsible for improving restaurant performance, increasing sales and elevating the capabilities of their managers and teams. Successful candidates will have an entrepreneurial mind-set and be able to bring the energy and ambition to hit the ground running to have an immediate impact on this organization. Third level leadership in a multi-unit quick service or fast casual ?best in class? restaurant environment, supervising multiple direct reports is required. Proven success in maximizing sales and profitability through the execution of outstanding operations is necessary. Analysis of costs and incorporating cost control policies and procedures, building consumer awareness through executing local and regional marketing programs and helping instill a company culture and mentality that drives positive team and individual performance will be essential functions of this role.
